We have an in-house team of expert chemists, production specialists with over 50 years’ experience specialising in the creation of private label, white label and own brand products for pharmacy, retail and start up business throughout Ireland and Europe. As one of the largest Irish cosmetic manufacturers we develop and produce natural, sustainable and vegan friendly skincare products, shampoos, conditioners and personal body care products while offering a wide selection of sustainable packaging in glass, cardboard, recycled plastics and eco-friendly compostable packs.
As a result of Brexit, we have gained many customers who had previously been using UK fillers or manufacturers. With the impact of Brexit on manufacturing a lot of companies now look to use Irish or European laboratories or contract manufacturers.

Our Regulatory team can guide you through the process of testing and paperwork necessary to ensure your product complies with all EU Regulation for sale, in terms of Micro Testing, Stability, Preservative, Safety Assessments, Label wording / Design, Barcoding, Product Information Files (PIF) CPNP listings, Biocide applications, Certs of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheets.
We can create an entire process from just a concept / idea. Using our specially created client brief we can bottle / breakdown bulk product, produce / manufacture an existing formulation or create an entire new product.
To begin the process, our team of chemists review the client brief to determine possible pathways to development, formulation and also to highlight any possible issues which may occur.
All clients have access to our team with regular meetings with our in house chemist and project manager to determine timelines, order volumes, raw materials and all other relevant details for each project. One of the many advantages of working with us is that we do not enforce minimum order volumes and are happy to cater to each client’s specific requirements. The entire product development timeline / process generally takes about 5-6 months depending on the complexity of the product formulation. Our team and each designated project manager update the clients at regular meetings during each stage of the process. We are also happy to provide non-disclosure agreements at the beginning of each project or can work with ones provided by the client if necessary.
At the end of the project the client owns their formulation which is why we can develop bespoke products to meet each client’s individual needs. Additionally we have an array of in house formulations available for branding to your personal needs.
